When you input your card information, your account will be checked for funds, which creates a pending charge that you’ll see on your account. This charge will disappear after a few days and will not be posted to your account or statement.

Yes, we offer full and partial refunds on orders within 60 days of purchase. Items must be in brand new, unopened condition.
A refund request can be submitted within 60 days from the date the purchase is made. For pre-orders, you have 60 days from receiving your order.
If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us. You can either have the item replaced or be issued a full refund (minus shipping charges) depending on your preference and product availability.
If you'd like to exchange a product, either for the same item or a different size, please contact us. We'll either issue you a refund and have you place a new order, or simply ship you out a new product or size (depending on product availability).
