Despite all of the highs of the tournament, there have been some lows that have left fans feeling disappointed with the performance of their favourite teams and players. One of the most rooted for players was Kylian Mbappe, whose only goal this tournament came from the penalty spot. Fans also expected much more from Ronaldo’s Portugal, who was considered a top contender for the winning title. Unfortunately, Portugal’s journey ended in the quarterfinals despite their talented squad!

Finally, the best win of the 2024 UEFA Euro Tournament goes to none other Spain, marking its fourth European Championship title, a record for the tournament! Completing a tournament the team consistently dominated from start to finish, Spain beat England in the final match 2-1. Backup striker Mikel Oyarzabal is to thank for the winning goal, who successfully executed it in the 86^th minute when the game at Berlin's Olympiastadion seemed destined for extra time.
