The 2016 Topps Premier Gold Soccer Cards are on their way! This year they have a new format that will showcase the greatest talent in the world from the English Premier League.

The English Premier League is a professional league for men’s association soccer/football clubs that was established in 1992.  20 clubs compete in the English football league system for the country’s primary competition.  This year’s competition will be running from August 13^th, 2016 through to May 21^st, 2017.

Each box of 2016 Topps Premier Gold Soccer Cards will include 12 packs for a total of 120 cards.  Featured in each box is one guaranteed autograph card, plus any combination of two autograph or memorabilia cards.

Along with the league’s active stars, this year’s set will include retired league greats! The set will feature Moments Autograph Cards that commemorate the league’s greatest moments with low-numbered print autographs. There will also be Brilliance of the Pitch Insert and Autograph Cards that pay tribute to the all-time accomplishments of EPL greats, while the Premier Portraits feature hand-drawn sketch cards of the league’s biggest icons.
